Amoxicillin for middle ear infection?

I picked up a middle ear infection two weeks ago and 36 hours ago my doctor prescribed me 250mg of Amoxicillin. Since starting the course my infection has got much worse and I am now totally deaf in both ears. Should I go straight back and see him or is it best to just keep taking the pills?

Can Amoxicillin & Loratadine both be taken in the same day?

Can Amoxicillin (400mg chewable, 3x/daily) be taken with Loratadine (10 mg tab, 1 x/daily)? Grandson has ear infection.

Been taking Otomize & 2 painkillers for 4 days, shouldn't my ear infection be feeling a bit better?
