Wegovy - What am I supposed to feel like after injection? New user by the way?

I had my first injection last night. I have been reading reviews and so far can not relate. I haven't had any side effects and other than dry mouth feel no different than I did before the shot. Does this mean it won't work for me?

I currently take 100 mg sertraline and 300 mg bupropion for major depression disorder and general anxiety disorder for years now. I have gained a lot of weight, is there another combination of drugs or drug that I can take to reduce the weight gain?
