I just increased my lyrica and on the 2nd day I've gotten a metallic taste and a dry mouth that I can't get rid of. How long does this last?

Why is the pharmacy refusing to fill it on the 4th instead of the 11th? All my previous scripts were for 30 days. Tthis one I'm trying to refill is a 90-day prescription
