I am allergic to the above and getting the Covid-19 shot. Will I have reaction? Both times I took the above medicine I got a rash and with the Bactrim i had a fast heart rate and fever body aches.

Tired on 50mg metoprolol per day, and heart beat below 60 beats a minute?
I am very tired on 25mg (2x daily) and cannot stop yawning to get my breath. I have told my GP but he says continue with the metoprolol. I am 82 and have COPD caused by my late husband smoking 52 years ago. Can one take this drug when my heart beat is often below 60 bpm?
