I’m starting week 2 of Effexor. My dr just lowered the dose to 25 mg due to insomnia and fatigue.?

I take propranolol already and since starting 20mg of fluoxetine my heart rate has gone really low and I’m feeling dizzy, sick, weak and got diarrhoea, I’m so scared

Sertraline upping dosage please help?

I’m on 100mg sertraline and have been since January! Feeling a bit anxious again and I feel I should maybe up to 150mg but everyone I try to do this for one day I get so spaced out and feel my heart beat goes a bit weird? Is this normal ? Is it normal to get side effects when upping the dosage?

I just started treatment with Entresto 24mg-26mg for diastolic heart failure. I also have digestive problems. I get occasional bloating for which I take 2 GasX chewable tablets.
