Can methotrexate cause mental or mood changes?

I am now up to 17.5 mgs a week and am feeling a little mixed-up at times and even fearful of something at times. I also have a sore throat that will not go away. Are these things normal. I have been on methotrexate for 3-3.5 months. I am being treated for Crohn's disease.

During the 2 hour IV infusion, extravasation may happen, how to manage the patient?

Does anyone know if you have to be weaned off of Entyvio? Or can you just stop it?

My wife is on Entyvio, she is having other symptoms that could be MS. We are thinking of stopping Entyvio to see if the other symptoms stop. Her GI Dr is of no help on this matter, he says do what you think is best. So we just want to know if she can just stop it. Thank You.
