My doc has switched me from prednisone to budesonide.However I still have swelling in the face and also tremendous weight gain specially in the stomach area.The doc says this will reduce gradually.Can someone confirm this as right now I feel like a pregnant cow!

I'm currently taking remicade but my crohns still isn't in remission after a full round of dosage. We started with pills and steroids but nothings worked long term. Is humira supposed to be stronger than remicade? I have a very severe case and could use some advice.

I am now up to 17.5 mgs a week and am feeling a little mixed-up at times and even fearful of something at times. I also have a sore throat that will not go away. Are these things normal. I have been on methotrexate for 3-3.5 months. I am being treated for Crohn's disease.

I take Humira but am also a T1D, wondering if anyone else has had a spike in insulin requirements after starting Humira? None of the docs (endo or GI) believe the spike is due to the Humira but that is the only thing that has changed for me and my blood sugar is usually very controlled.
