Been on clonidine 0.1mg for over 1 year. Tonight I have a BP of 154/92. Heart rate 96. Should I take another clonidine If BP stays elevated? Also have headache. 24 hours since last drink.

Which drug has least side effects, clonidine or nifedipine?
