Your blood pressure is a bit elevated but not dangerous. If it keeps going up by more then few points, I would consider taking one.
Your in withdrawals and it is not uncommon to dehydrate. I would drink lots of water, seltzer, no sugar Pro-aide for electrolytes. This might help with your headache too.
Normal range for blood pressure 110-140
... .. 60-80
Your safe in that range. The clonidine is very low dose not necessary at this point for blood pressure.
If your feeling very nervous, jittery, ruminating.. it will make you feel calmer.
You also have a lot going on. Each day you should start feeling a bit better.
If it happens to go in the opposite direction ( and it shouldn't) I would contact your doctor if your blood pressure goes very high or very low.
For now hang in there. Keep drinking fluids and try to keep your mind off what your doing. Our minds can make us feel a more since your prone to anxiety.
