6 weeks in & taking citalopram?

Can I ask eddie a question. I’ve been on 20mgs of citalopram for 6 weeks, the last couple of days my anxiety has got worse. In your experience does it get worse b4 it gets better at this stage or should it start kicking in now or shall I wait a couple more weeks.

Has anyone had this at the same stage of weeks on 20 mgs of citalopram?

Since I started on 20mg of Citalopram I have a few patches of red dry flaky skin on my face. Has anyone else experienced this please?

Does citalopram cause vivid dreams and daytime fatigue?

I've been on 25mg of citalopram since beginning of July. Occasionally, I'm getting more dreams than usual and also feeling very tired in the day. Any advice would be appreciated.
