Since I started on 20mg of Citalopram I have a few patches of red dry flaky skin on my face. Has anyone else experienced this please?

Hi, Sulfate!
It is possible that it's an uncommon side effect of the medication:
"Uncommon (0.1% to 1% of users): Abnormal bleeding of the skin, acne, alopecia, dermatitis, dry skin, eczema, flushing, photosensitivity reaction, psoriasis, purpura, skin discoloration, urticaria"
You might want to let your doctor know that you're having this problem and get their advice.
