I am being switched to citalopram and was wondering which generic manufacturer people have had the most success with because my body is very sensitive to many generic pharmaceuticals.

Thats good that your body can identifiy what is good for you and whats not. Can I make a suggestion, along with the medication you are taking, try this: Vitamin(s) B6, B12, Eldenberry and Echinacea. These are all effective supplements in strengthening your immune system.
