I increased my dosage in November to 5 mg and I had horrible side effects. She believes my body hadn’t adjusted long enough to the 2.5, and I wasn’t getting enough calories. She wants to try me again on the 5 mg in 4 more weeks. (I’m terrified!) any advice on how to prepare for increase?
