Does anyone take a different dose at times, ex, more when real anxious less when feeling better?

I recently started 25 MG, can I take half 12.5 when less anxious.

I started sertraline 25mg and I am having severe nausea and increased anxiety. Will this go away ?

Soon after I take the medicine I get bouts if anxiety which decreases in 2 hours. Is this normal or is it not suiting me ?

I am going to be starting Nardil next week for severe anxiety and depression. My main concern are the side effects. Do most people who take Nardil gain weight and experience insomnia? If so can those side effects be mitigated?
