A side effect like tiredness is common at this stage of the game but it generally resolves within days to a week or so as your metabolism adjusts to the medication.. If it persists let your doctor know but it may just be a matter of essence of time.
There's no interaction noted between mirtazapine and caffeine but don't overdo and end up all jittery. If you have other questions or concerns along the way just post again.

I was wiped out today but will see how it goes over the next week or two.
Do you know when I go up to 45mg this will make the tiredness more-so? I’m told the sleepiness only happens from 15mg !
Studies have shown that sedation is dose-dependent and that the higher doses cause less sedation. That's why it's often prescribed at the lower doses to treat insomnia.
So you may actually do better after the increase. Fingers crossed...
