He has been treated for IBS for a year and had several test with no results, every thing is normal.. Finally figured out it is school, he's fine until he has to school. He's a straight A student and plays soccer for 2 teams. Need something for nerves that doesn't interfere with school and activities and he can still function and not be a zombie. His parents give him anything he needs and go to the extreme to keep him active and accountable.
He won't open up to anyone so we can get to the problem or cause..

To help with anxiety I take Calm. It’s a powder magnesium. It really helps. Also taking Gabapentin for anxiety. It is also approved for social anxiety. Gabapentin is prescribed. It could make you sleepy. But you can lower the dose to decrease that. I take a green drink everyday that really helps with mood and energy. Fill the nutribullit up with spinach and add berries. Then fill with water. Really improved mood.
I also take methlypro for anxiety. That really helps. You may want to read about it: (methyl folate supplementation). Half the population needs this supplement.
Also talk to a school counselor or therapist if his problem seems to be school. Best wishes.
