Klonopin & Gabapentin memory loss?

I take Klonopin and Gabapentin for anxiety. I wish I'd never started the Gabapentin. I've gained about 40 lbs. My question is which is worse for memory loss? I've had some memory loss and I want to get off of one of them but I don't know which one is worse for your memory.

Venlafaxine - I'm sure similar questions are asked all the time.

Thing is -- I'm getting conflicting info from my doctor and what I'm seeing ALL OVER the next concerning titration. Any experts or quasi-experts out there who can speak unto dose increases?
