I usually take hydrocodone 10/325 and have just been switched to the latter above and was just wondering how the 2 compare. Thank you in advance for your input!!

The hydrocodone is stronger.. it's 10mg and the oxy is 5mg.. they are essentially the same thing with a different formulation!

The 10 refers to the amount of Oxycodone or Hydrocodone in there. The 325 is the mg of the Tylenol or Acetaminophen in it.
They are really about the same in strength. Oxycodone is about twice as strong as hydrocodone so 5mg oxy would equal about 10mg hydro
