My girlfriend had her period on 28 October and on 5th November (2 days after period) we had sex. The condom slipped so for precaution she took the iPill.
After 7 days i.e on 12th Nov she started bleeding which lasted 5 days.
Then again on 23rd Nov (which was her normal period date) she again started bleeding which lasted 3 days.
Then we waited for her normal period date and on 21st Dec she had her normal period which lasted 5 days.
But we are worried as her stomach has increased a little and is outside a bit.
Is there something to worry about or is it normal?
There is no other symptoms

I don't know what you mean by her stomach is outside. Outside of what?
It's possible that she could still be a bit bloated due to the huge dose of artificial hormone in Plan B. Some women take longer than others to settle down.
I assume she's done a pregnancy test. If not, it's best to do one. She can bleed but still be pregnant.
Yes she is a bit bloated and there are no other symptoms.
This was the first time she has taken any pill and we are not sexually active after that time.
Is there any possibility for pregnancy as we has sex 2 days after her period ended and also she got withdrawal and her normal periods?
Yes it's still possible. Plan B is not as effective as regular hormonal birth control. She was approaching her fertile time of the month, but hopefully the Plan B had time to do its job.
