Did you ever experience heart rate fluttering/fluctuation and dizziness? and have a headache? I’m not sure if this is a sign to stop the medication or if this will pass after the second week. Feedback is welcome!!!
I’m starting week 2 of Effexor. My dr just lowered the dose to 25 mg due to insomnia and fatigue.?

The good news is that side effects generally only last a few days to a week or two. I wouldn't consider stopping your medication at this point. See how you do on the lower dosage.
