This medication is prescription only, you must try, at the start of your treatment follow your Dr´.s prescription/directions.
Headache is a common side effect of this vasodilator, very common to common side effects resolve themselves between one week to 10 days in most people as everyone reacts differently to everything in life, if by the time frame I have informed you your headaches do not stop or worsen inform you DR. asap.
In the meantime, perhaps you can contact him/her or the nurse and ask what you may take to stop/lessen the headaches that does not potentially interact negatively with Cilostazol.
