Someone tried to to tell me that megestrol is THC pill is that true?

the thc pill is called Marinol, I think, just in case you need that info in order to request it from your dr, during treatment for cancer and/or chemo.

No. Megestrol is a synthetic derivative of the naturally occurring steroid hormone, progesterone. It is not, and does not, contain THC.
