I already left a description for you. I am in agonizing pain. No sleep/no comfort, minimal movements, inability to perform my job duties and details. Gonna get fired because they need a able bodied employee and I can't be that, so next step is preparing for homelessness/tent living. I'm not trying to guilt anyone, I just want better than this.
