I’ve had the Nexplanon implant since September 22, 2017. This month I haven’t had a period or spotting at all. I’ve been feeling sick a lot lately mostly with my stomach but I’ve never been pregnant so I don’t know the feelings of symptoms

Nexplanon is an artificial version of the hormone that would be more present in your body if you were pregnant. You can therefore get a lot of symptoms that mimic pregnancy.
It's common to get no bleeding at all.
