What are side effects of chewing aderall?

'Chewing' IR Adderall would have the same side usual side effects I believe as you are still taking it orally & chewing does not seem to change the chemical composition or anything as opposed to swallowing it.
Adderall XR, however, is different--if you are talking about the XR, the effects can be slightly different depending on how much/which part/or all is chewed... Did you mean the IR version?

As long as its not the xr it would just work faster, but its not made for chewing and will taste horrible.
