I can say for sure that you will test positive for methamphetamine/amphetamine on a urine drug test if you take Adderall, as Adderall is mixed amphetamine salts. I had to do a urine drug test while on Adderall XR and tested positive. However, if you have your prescription bottle with you at the time of the test, they'll look past the positive drug test for that.

Yes, this has been known to happen since the metabolites are similar.
