It happen after having sex. I grew a large ball under the skin of the top of my shaft. Like half the size the of a golf ball. It didn't hurt but, I immediately started to panic. After a while the large ball went down. Now I'm left with a large puple bruise on the top of my shaft. It's very sore and swelled up. Any treatment for this ?

My brother was terribly embarrassed but fear totally outweighed that when he had bruising and swelling of his private area after some vigorous activity let's say.
I did suggest he see a doctor because he had bruised from his penis to his belly button and from his penis down to his sack which was enlarged to say the least.
As it turns out a man can fracture his penis and this was the main concern of the physician he saw at the ER but without surgery they couldn't be sure if he had damaged a major blood supply that could cause long term problems so he ended up with exploratory surgery that day. As it turned out that blood vessel was fine and he had fractured his penis but was told it would heal with no long term issues at all.
As far as I know this has been the case for him, not that I ask lol it's more info then I need from my brother if you get my drift but just to reassure you it was the worst bruise and swelling I had ever seen in my life and he was ok and healed up back to normal ( if he was normal before idk) let us know how you do and especially if your penis falls off as one responder shared wow that would be somethin from a bruise to a missing penis! Best to you and hope you feel better soon
I'll second that first response - go to the doctor!!!
Do you want to risk anything where your penis is considered???
This could affect your bladder, your kidney's, and you don't want your testes or penis to fall off!!! or get some
disease. I can't understand why you wouldn't have gone to a doctor!!!
Good luck.
Trish
The fear of an inappropriate erection is a major obstacle (nothing to with homosexuality) and men don't like another man handling and/or scrutinizing their tackle (unless they have something the size of a third leg and like showing off). Some men will put off invasive tests for particular pathologies for decades. Who knows; he could have burst multiple blood vessels from overzealous use of a vacuum pump device; if I went to my GP with a pump story; I seriously doubt he'd be able to stop laughing
Hi Oh-
Yes, there is treatment, go to the doctor. We are not doctor, better safe than sorry.
