I just wanted to ask if anyone else has experienced muscle weakness when starting sertraline? (25mg) I want to know if it is the sertraline or maybe the Klonopin I am on. For the past 3-4 days my left hand has felt numb and weak. I can still grasp and pick things up it just feels a little weaker, kind of like when your hand falls asleep. It’s been a week since I’ve started sertraline and wanted to know if anyone else experienced this?

Muscle weakness is considered an uncommon side effect affecting 0.1% to 1% of people being treated with this antidepressant.
