I have been on sertraline nearly 9weeks now n I still don't see any major improvement,how long does it take to actually work.

My partner has just started taking sertraline and was wondering how long it takes to get in his system and start working.

Antidepressants usually take 2 to 4 weeks to take effect. If you have not noticed any signs of improvement by now you should go back to your doctor.
