On a semaglutide compound for 15 weeks and pretty consistently waking up around 3-4am with digestive issues (BM/Vomiting). Noticing this tends to happen if I eat anything past 9pm. Has anyone else experienced this?
Does semaglutide cause nighttime digestive issues?

I’ve been on Semaglutide injections for ~19 wks. Yes, I occasionally wake up very early morning to have BM. Never did that before. Don’t know if it’s because I’m also taking magnesium supplements, too. If I eat concentrated sugar ( for example, a slice of apple pie) I may have to get up and vomit because I feel it’s just sitting in my upper stomach causing me to be nauseated. I’ve learned to stay away from sugary foods as there is a high price to pay for a few minutes of gratification. Eating after about 7:30 pm is a no no for me. These are things I’ve learned by trial and error to ensure my weight loss journey is more pleasant. Good luck to you!
