Using Compound W for the first time. Am I supposed to leave it on after it dries or do I wipe it off? It doesn't say on the box and I can't find anything on the web. Would it decrease the chances of treatment of I DID wipe it off? Or should I just put a bandaid on it? It's just this thick white layer and kind of annoying so was wondering if it'd be okay to take it off or just let it be
Will wiping off Compound W decrease chances of successful treatment?

You're supposed to let it dry and NOT wipe it off!
Right. But once it dries do you just leave it forever??? Until it wears off? Or wash it off after X amount of hours?? Thanks.
Hi there, just leave it on as long as you can. If you're indoors especially, but obviously if going out you don't want that stuff on your face so then wipe it off. Obviously wash it off when daily washing or showering. Apply twice a day, so morning and before bed is a good idea , hope this helps you!
Also only apply directly to the wart or skin tag and be as careful as you can as you don't want it on surrounding skin if possible!
I put the Compound W between my big toe & on my small toe on the back of my small toe! Do i need to pill the white power off? And putting it between my toes is it ok because the direction didn't say!!!
