Is it safe to take one dose of NyQuil Severe every night before going to bed?

NyQuil is not addictive but you can become dependent on it and stopping it could cause discontinuation symptoms such as anxiety, insomnia, restlessness, and shaking/tremors.
Before using it long term I'd advise getting an okay from your doctor or pharmacist.
