So I have the flu and my period right now, and I have already taken 3.5 Midol Complete tablets (2 at 7am and 1.5 at 1 pm). Is it still okay for me to take 2 NyQuil caplets tonight before going to bed, without taking any Midol with it??
Can I take NyQuil at night after I already took Midol during the day?

Answers
Yes you can safely take the NYQuil tonight as long as you do not take the Midol with it.
In fact you can choose to take either tablet up to every six hours but just not together as you will double up on some of the active ingredients.
Midol Complete can be taken up to four times a day (every 6 hours) as needed for period pain and contains acetaminophen, caffeine and pyrilamine.
NyQuil can be taken up to four times a day (every 6 hours) as needed to relieve your sneezing, sore throat, headache, minor aches and pains, fever, runny nose, and cough. Active Ingredients are acetaminophen, dextromethorphan (cough suppressant) and doxylamine.
