patient is a severe grinder and will be getting a night guard - would like to place her on a muscle relaxer. my go-to is cyclobenzaprine, but want to avoid/minimize risk of seizure.
What safe alternatives to cyclobenzaprine are available (muscle relaxer) for patients on bupropion?

Answers
Yes, Bupropion and Cyclobenzaprine do have a potential major interaction, as you mention with possible seizures.
Perhaps the use of Tizanidine may be a safer choice as it does not interact with bupropion.

Tizanidine brand name Zanaflex belongs to the drug class of skeletal muscle relaxants.
I am not a Dr. and I would certainly propose you run the information I have provided with a medical professional first.
