Robaxin 750 is a muscle relaxer that works on controlling nerve (pain) impulses that are sent to the brain. It should help your sciatica pain. I'm not sure anything will totally get rid of sciatica pain, or any nerve pain for that matter, altogether. I take gabapentin 800mg three times a day (for peripheral neuropathy), Soma 350mg three times a day (for lumbar muscle spasms and fibromyalgia), and percocets 10mg four times a day for 4 bulging lumbar discs, sciatica, hypertrophic facet syndrome, and fibromyalgia. I have good days where the pain is tolerable. Nothing totally takes all the pain away, but I can live with tolerable.
Note: I cannot take Lyrica, Savella, or Cymbalta due to adverse reactions.
Not very. This is nerve pain and need things like gabapentin to help.
Please be aware there can be nasty concequences from Gabapentin. Have a look at Gabapentin withdrawal on YouTube. I can confirm that there is a very nasty withdrawal from this vile stuff having just gone through 3 weeks of hell. Had I been fully informed re use I would never have put one in my mouth. Please do look at the withdrawal forums beforehand.
