I am currently taking Mirtazapine 15mg before bed at night. I’ve needed clonazepam .25mg 2xday for anxiety. I’d like to reduce to only .25 clonazepam a day. Is it advisable to reduce by .25 a day?
I’ve taken this amount for a couple of months.
How to reduce clonazepam at .5mg/day?

Because you've only taken the Klonopin for a couple of months, reducing your dose by 0.25 mg should work fine for you. However, I'd go down to 0.25 for at least 2-3 weeks, then discontinue. There's really no reason why you can't then break the 0.25 mg tablet in half and repeat the process if you find your having any type of withdrawal symptoms. There's no safety concern; tablets aren't enteric coated, so there's no risk of having the med "rush" into your bloodstream.
