Recent blood tests indicate low Vitamin D levels. The doctor recommended over the counter Vitamin D minimum of 1,000iu per day. Started taking D3 5,000iu per day. Researched same, as suffering from Cronh's Disease that absorbtion can be poor so decided to take 5,000iu daily. Noted from reports that it is necessary to take Magnesium and K2 as well. Would like to know what dosages of Magnesium and K2 are recommended.
What is the recommended dosage of magnesium to take with D3 5,000iu tablets daily?

That is something only your physician can answer. Your medical history will determine the necessary dosage required for your deficiency.
Can I suggest something. Organic Juice consisting of raw vegetables: Kale, Mustard, Collard, Turnip, Broccoli, Spinach. Blend all ingredients with Tomato Juice as an enhancer. Along with your vitamin(s) D K2, cod liver oil.
The Primary goal is to increase both Vitamin D and Magnesium in your body. These vegetables are called the Powerhouse Greens. They have been known for having a tremendous impact as nutrients for all parts of the body.
Let me be perfectly clear, always consult with your physician, I am merely suggesting other options, the natural way.
