Have ostophyteson nearly all of the bones in my neck! I have a lot of trouble taking narcotic due to strange side effects. This has done absolutely nothing for my pain! Has anyone else had the same problem?
Recently put on Tramadol 50mg for chronic neck pain from herniated disc & ostophytes, no use?

take one vicodin 5/500 and 50mg of tramadol together and you will be good.
Be watchful for heightened senses, loud noises and such.
PLEASE do not do this! There is a major interaction risk between these 2 medications - check out the link: https://www.drugs.com/interactions-check.php?drug_list=2221-0,71-747

Hi, i agree with Kaismama, Tramadol 50mg capsules need to be taken regularly throughout the day, & on a daily basis to work to the optimum levels. I'm not sure how many your Tramadol your doctor advised you to take daily, but a 'normal' dose is up to 400mg a day. Please discuss this with your doctor before adjusting your dose
Tramadol is a unique med. It does not work if you take it once the pain starts. You have to take it on a regular basis. Also 50 mg is seldom enough. Most docs don't know this but I've taken 100mg 4 times a day for 10 yrs. I've had plenty of time to figure it out.
Does four grams of Tramadol (Ultram) help alleviate your pain? Three grams does wonders for my arthritic knees
It takes the edge off, but fibro pain is really difficult to get rid of.
