Hi,
I have gotten the shots from the back of my neck all the way to my S.I. joints. They helped me at first went every 2 months then every 6 months. The pain is insane but so worth it. But depends on the Dr doing it, my Dr is the hospitals anesthesiologist. So maybe get a referral to a specialist.
