Hi there mehtab - So what was that rash??? I have never heard of that happening unless you have a yeast infection which isn't uncommon for men. The way it shows up varies for men, too. That is one of the reasons that I kept getting the infection back. My husband at the time wasn't being treated but I was. Cross contamination isn't uncommon at all. However, you didn't mention what caused your condition and I would go see a urologist just to be safe and to properly treat you. Have either of you ever been diagnosed with herpes??? That needs to be treated and then your wife would need to have a c-section so that the baby isn't exposed to it. Safety is always the best policy. Get yourself tested like YESTERDAY, okay???

thankz for a nice advice.these rashes are on the top of my penis.these happened due to intercourse with my wife.she is running through pregnancy and when we were mating, suddenly her bleeding started.after that day some rashes are alwayz there on the top.
You are welcome but I still never heard of that. That is why I suggested when you have the rash that you see a doctor right away just to be safe. I know your wife is pregnant and the rash only appears after sex but that could also be herpes. It would be a shame and a heartbreak if you had herpes and didn't know it. The baby would be affected by it because your wife would have gotten the virus, too. A baby born vaginally to a woman exposed to the herpes virus will be born with it and it can be ugly. That is why you should be tested when you have the rash. It doesn't matter that you think it is related to her being pregnant and having sex that you get the rash. Please just have it looked at if you haven't done that just to be sure it isn't herpes. Your wife would have to have a c-section if you have herpes, okay? For the sake and safety of your unborn baby... please have that rash checked if it happens again.
Have it checked as soon as you see it like it was an emergency, okay? Sorry, to be harsh but I am thinking of the unborn baby... the doctor needs to be aware that there is an issue here, okay?

Hello mehtab122. The lady doctor offered you sound advice. Best of wishes, pledge
I would not be worried. If the rash is irritating to you, apply cortisone cream twice a day to affected area.
