Urologist advised me to stop taking Tamsulosin and try Rapaflo as I have problems holding my urine when ever I wash or clean with water. I have been taking Tamsulosin at bed time and as I read it should be taken with a meal. Should I stop the bedtime use and take it with a meal and is it important That I do this?
What if I take Rapaflo at bedtime instead of with a meal. Is this okay ?

When the manufacturer states to take with or without food its because this is the way you get the optimal effect from the drug. So take it with food.
