I have been on 300mg of Effexor XR for at least 15 years. All of a sudden, these past two weeks have me in a terrible slump of depression and anxiety. I can't eat, sleep, go anywhere and have bad thoughts. I would like to know if anyone out there has tried Rexulti with Effexor XR. As for side effects, I don't care about any of them as long as I don't have bad thoughts or feel depressed or anxious. I would rather be 500lbs, or have cancer, or lose a limb than have no control over my thoughts. Thank you for any info!
I have a question about Rexulti with Effexor XR?

Hi, MEME!
Your Effexor is probably "pooping out" on you which happens commonly with the long term use of antidepressants. In my experience, adding Rexulti to my Effexor made a world of change. It acts on it's own and also helps to booster the effects of the antidepressant.
Bravo for your views on side effects! I'm lucky to not have experienced any severe side effects but I wouldn't have cared if I did. My mental health is more important to me than inconvenience because if you're not in a good place about yourself you'll angst over the most trivial matters effectively making you sicker.
Best regards and best of luck with Rexulti.
