I have been on qsymia for 5 months now and lost a total of 34 lbs, and then for about 2 months now I haven't lost a thing! I must of hit a plateau or something, but my Dr still wants me to lose another 30 more lbs. He told me he wants me to switch to contrave but I am quite worrisome from switching from one thing to another, but then again I also am worried of just stop taking the qsymia for the simple fact of what if I gain the weight back that I just lost, and I still have another 30 more lbs to lose? I am very young only 25 and have 2 children. I am active, stay in the gym, and try my best to eat the right foods, and maintain eating the right amount of calories. I have never been overweight in my life until after my first child. So I hope this helps answer your question for you. I hope to hear back from you to see how your journey is going. I would've moved up a higher dosage on the qsymia, but because I experience tingling in my feet occasionally my Dr suggested that a higher dosage would give me tingling in my feet everyday.
