I've been dissolving it in orange juice or prune juice but would like to stir it into oatmeal.
If I put Miralax powder on oatmeal, will it be as effective?

I put miralax powder in my cereal daily. It works fine.

YES! I used Miralax for a few weeks, it does not matter what you use with it. Just try to at least drink some water afterwards or during to flush. Either way think of it still going INTO your system by form of liquid or food
