My boyfriend and I had sex twice on the 4th of October. I took the plan b one step pill in about 13 hours from when we had sex. According to my menstrual cycle app, that is the second day of when I am suppose to be fertile and predicts that I will ovulate on the 6th. What's my chances of getting pregnant after taking the pill if I had sex while fertile???
Probability of pregnancy after taking plan b one step?

It's really difficult to say, unfortunately, but I'd still say the odds are in your favour.
Taking Plan B 12-24 hours after unprotected sex still gives around 85% protection. So there's a 15% chance of pregnancy.
If Plan B is too late to stop ovulation, then it is thought to protect against pregnancy in 2 additional ways. It may prevent the sperm meeting the egg (ovum), & it may make the lining of your womb unsuitable for a pregnancy.
All in all, I'd say you've little chance of becoming pregnant. I've had to use it on ovulation in the past, & never became pregnant. That's not to say no one will, but should hopefully put your mind at rest a little.
Thank you for answering my question. If plan b proclaims that it stops ovulation, am I suppose to still feel the side effects of it? Because currently some side effects I feel are tender breasts, and bloating which are both signs of ovulation.. And according to my period tracker, I am suppose to ovulate around today or tomorrow.
Or perhaps I am already ovulating... Wish me luck..
Tender breasts & bloating are very common with Plan b, as they are hormonal symptoms. You may experience all sorts of hormonal symptoms, including those, plus things like cramping, leaking breasts, mood swings etc
I just experienced some spotting today, which the day after my ovulation. This either might be implantation bleeding or just from plan b... which one is it???
If only I had a crystal ball!
It's likely to be from the Plan b, though,
Hope you get the result you want.
If the pill beat your ovulation you have between a 5-20% risk of pregnancy.
