Getting pregnant right after Implanon removal?

HI ladies

I've had my implant for exactly four years and had it removed two weeks ago, I've had a normal period while on the implant but in the few years I've been on it I missed my period for almost four months but my cycle went back to normal and has been since then. I really want another baby with my husband when he returns from Afghanistan and I just wanted to ask if anyone can tell me if this month he will be home I'll be lucky? Since I've had a normal period after it was removed?

Yeah im confused too because i had mine removed the 18 of june 2015 now before that i had 2 periods in one month and After i had it removed i and my bf had sex the 26 and i not yet had a period and had sex the 1st and 2nd not the 3rd but today am trying i wont stop im just worried i cant get pregnant now and my doc said i would get pregnant right away hmmm idk ... have u found out anything more yet

hello just wondering if someone can help me out here as i have had my rod taken out over 1 month ago now and me and my partner have intercourse every night since as of getting the rod out 3 days latter i had a very very very heavy period and since that i have had no periods at all
i have been getting bloated everyday and bad burning sensation in my belly for over 1 month and little flutters in my belly nilly every night and also been eating heaps getting very tired and wanting to sleep all the time and irritated and abdomonal pains as well can anybody help me out here

also we are trying to have a child so thats why im trying to get peoples help about the symtoms

I got my implant out 10th of December2016 after having it from July 2016 had a period on the 27th December trying for a baby no luck yet how long roughly can it take ☺

I had my first scan on tuesday and they said that i fell pregnant 3 days after my implant was taken out making me 13 weeks pregnant now :-) x

the thing is a day before when I got my implant out me and my husband slept together and we didn't use protection could I be pregnant haven't got my period yetand I am having abdominal pain and sickness in the morning

I got told by the nurse that after sex it can last up to 3 days in your body so you could be :-) me and my other half started trying 3 days before my implant came out as i was working nights at the time so wasnt able to try every night x

Omg I'm going to go buy a pregnancy test me and my other half also slept 3 days in a row before I got my implant out and we didn't use protection

I was on inplanon For 3 years I got it on oct31,2011 had it removed in Feb 06,2015 I had my period for 6 day's but have been having in un protective sex way before I had my implanon removed is it possible that I am pregnant without knowing I also notice I feel very tired but I have been tired like almost 3 mths I have been checking my self all those time and nothing can u pleas help me

When you say right away what do you exactly mean like how long did it take you to find out you were pregnant?

Got a question how long does it take for the hormones to leave your body after the expiration date of the Nexplanon... because mines had exp in Dec couldnt get it taken out bc no insurance ... didnt have sex in Jan but did this month before i came on it was light and only showed when i wipe myself and lasted 3-4 days i smelled it it smelled like period blood the 4th day i was off. Was it bc the hormones from it still in my system? Can u get pregnant by having sex before period?

How did you find out that you was pregnant and was you bleeding when you was on the birth control

I am wondering if you got a period because I didnt and I took 2 tests and showing me faint positive I do want the baby but I'm scared for losing it. Because I read that faint positive can be a sign of it or just early which yes I would be early but like I said I didnt get a period I got off feb 17 2020 and it's now march 14 yes doc took blood I'll know mon or tues . The studies talk about a rare incidence. What we see here is the long wait to get pregnant. Do you think the they're going to tell you oh, you won't get pregnant for 2 yrs after removal. Once in a great while it happens but its not the norm.

kscott-don't fret, if you're not pregnant in a year see a dr. Chances are good its just the time after the implant that has to happen.

My kids are 4 years apart, they did ok, lol

I'm going through a similar situation. I had my implanon for 3 years, got it removed in April. My periods became regular right away since the removal, same time every month. But I started a few days late last month and it was very irregular. I do feel a little nauseous at times and I have already taken 2 tests and both cane out negative. I have a soon to be 4 year old and my family and I really want another soon. It does make me sad that it hasn't happened yet. Hoping that everything is ok with my body.

Two weeks later had another bleeding and both cycles 4 days each.. and acording to my doctor when I went to my check up one month later after my second bleeding I was around 7 weeks pregnant.. now I'm 10 weeks pregnant... got pregnant the same week I got it removed. :)

it seems like everyone around me is getting pregnant & I can't, it's so upsetting, so far I've had about 4 peroids 2 of which were either a week late or 4 days late,

It does not take months to het pregnant when you take your bc out I got pregnant 3 days after I took it out

It depends on the type of birth control. Pills you can get pregnant immediately after stopping them. With implant removal you may get pregnant following next menstral cycle.

I take folic acid I got told that's what your body needs in order to get pregnant so I took four then a few weeks later I found out I was having my baby and she's a healthy 2 year old now I'm trying again just got off the nexplonon trying the folic acid again because it does work

Could you start taking prenatal vitamins will that help with trying to get pregnant I had took my birth control out 1 month ago but I've been having periods?
