Pregnancy symptoms on nexplanon?

So are any of ya'll pregnant? it's been 3 years

I have a question I had the implant for my full three years and it expired this year February 5..I've never had anything go wrong. My periods been normal never have had a pregnancy scare, but I got my period on the nov. 16 and on the fourth day my and my husband had unprotected sex and (I know this is to much info sorry) he did cum in me. Well it's been almost two weeks and on the 27th on nov. I was spotting but only when I wiped, and it was a light pink this happened off and on for two days..and I've been having horrible headaches, nausea, sensitive to smells, constant running to the bath room, feeling light headed sometimes, and having light cramps like I'm on my period..I've been pretty much having the same symptoms if pregnancy like I did when I was pregnant with my four year old..my son has also been really clingy and whiny..I was wanting y'all's opinion..what do you think could be wrong? Could I possibly be pregnant or is it side affects?

I've been having the same symptoms and I thought I might have been pregnant. I've had nexplanon for about a month and a half and I'm late on my period by 3 weeks. I've took so many tests and they have all came out negative but I'm going to my physican just to make sure

Its not very likely that you are pregnant on this particular birth control but I advise you consult your doctor about it.

When in doubt visit your Primary Care physician

For all the ladies that have bad bleeding I was bleeding pretty bad for 3 weeks went to Drs she told me to take 2alives and my bleeding would stop I fid and it stopped that day every time I have spotting I take two alives and no more blood!!

I have had the same and I have got the morning sickness to and I have been on my period for about 19 days now. I have soreness in my breast and around my belly button and it is really scaring me. I don't know what to do.

I had the implanon for four years, i had it in a year over expiration. I took many pregnancy test while i had it, like 3 a year. All negative. But i would get scared i was pregnant. I just bought dollar store test. And the last year i had it in it was expired and i was having unprotected sex, i had it removed in January and got pregnant in February so im a high believer that you wont get pregnant with this birth control. Im wanting to get another one

What you describe sounds more like side effects. Irregular periods are a hallmark of implants like Implanon/Nexplanon. If you are worried, test for pregnancy, also talk with your gynecologist. I dont think she/he would have put one in you if they didnt feel it would work for you! The percentage for pregnancy is very small-2% or less.

There is a slightly increased risk of pregnancy if you're overweight however a good many women don't have a period when they have the implant. A good many of your symptoms aren't really signs of pregnancy.
