Yes it's ok. That was what my ob told me to take when I was pregnant many years ago.

Simethicone Pregnancy Warnings
Simethicone has not been formally assigned to a pregnancy category by the FDA. Briggs et. al states that simethicone is probably compatible with pregnancy. There are no controlled data in human pregnancy. Simethicone is only recommended for use during pregnancy when benefit outweighs risk.
