I had sex (protected) for the first time and after we finished I realized that the condom broke. This was two weeks before my period based on me period tracker app. I took the morning after pill 4 hours after sex then the other 11 hours after. I later woke up with lower back pain and a weird feeling in my abdomen and now my period is 4 days late. Could I be pregnant?
Can Postior 2 cause lower back pain and weird feeling in abdomen?

Yes you could be pregnant.
Plan B (Levonorgestrel) works by delaying your ovulation until the sperm leaves your body. If you're already ovulating then it can't do that, & you'd need one of the other methods of emergency contraception; either the other emergency pill called Ulipristal Acetate or to have an IUD fitted by a doctor. Either of those things can be effective if done within 5 days/120 hours of the unprotected sex.
If your periods are regular, then 2 weeks before your period would normally be when you are ovulating.
You need to do a pregnancy test.
How soon can I take a urine pregnancy test?
After about a week late is usually enough to tell if if a pregnancy exists; especially if you have a valid reason to worry and normally regular periods.
