So my boyfriend came inside me twice so the next day I took Plan B some time in the afternoon, After I took the pill he came inside 2 more times, I took the pill 7 days before I ovulate so will Plan B work and will it work even though he came inside after I took the pill?

The Manufacturer advises that you are not protected from any further sexual intercourse that you may have, after you've taken Plan B.
They also do not guarantee that Plan B will definitely work for the sex you had before taking it. It is just worth a try in a total emergency.
However, if you definitely had 7 days before you were due to ovulate (& you knew that because you chart your fertility symptoms each day, rather than depend on an app or website, which is just a guide/estimate) then sperm cannot live that long.
If you were relying on an app/website, to estimate ovulation, then pregnancy is possible.
